Some tips for uploading files in the Portal:

• In the Reference Materials section:
• You do not need to upload all these documents into the Portal.
• Instead, you can just link to these files to where they are located on your website or on Dropbox or another file hosting service.
• If you'd prefer, you can upload them into the Portal, but if they already exist elsewhere, a link is fine.
• Browsers:
• Some users have found that Firefox works best for file uploads.
• Slow bandwidth can cause file uploads to time out, this is something we are working on.
• For help uploading multiple files in a text box, watch this video.
• File limits:
• For documents: 60MB.
• For images: 4MB.
• For videos: The uploader takes vimeo and youtube links.

•  If your file is too large, the server will time out.
